SMTP Configuration

Outlook: smtp-mail.outlook.com | Gmail: smtp.gmail.com

Use 587 for TLS (recommended)

For Gmail, use an App Password (not your regular password)

Format: Display Name <email@domain.com>

Test Email Configuration

Send a test email to verify your SMTP settings are working correctly.

  • • For Gmail: Enable 2FA and generate an App Password at myaccount.google.com/apppasswords
  • • For Outlook: Use your regular email and password (or App Password if 2FA enabled)
  • • Settings are stored securely and used for all email notifications
  • • Test the configuration before generating schedules to ensure emails work
